♪ ♪ Music is the new language ♪ ♫ ♪
When I started learning an ukulele, I was an absolute beginner. Never before in my life I had played or even owned any musical instrument until I received this brand new ukulele from my brother in June 2018. He is, by the way, a talented music teacher who has never given me a music lesson-- simply because he is too busy in his career and also we get to see each other only once a year.
Anyway, at the age of 37, I am overly happy to begin the journey to my musical dreams. I find learning a musical instrument quite similar to learning a language, because both require commitment and patience as it takes hours to start... and years to master. That's why I name the title of my journal ♪ ♪ Music is the new language ♪ ♫ ♪.

 Having been playing a soprano ukulele for a while, I now feel confident to upgrade to a bigger size and possibly a better quality one as well. So I bought myself new ukulele in February 2019. It's Ortega Concert Pineapple ukulele (RUPA5MM).
